Dear Uncle Sam,

I hope it is still alright with you for me to address you as Uncle Sam; after all you are still my uncle, aren’t you? You have been referred to as “Uncle Sam since the war of 1812.   You are keenly aware of the man you were named after. It was Samuel Wilson who was a wealthy meat packer who sent crates of meat to our American soldiers. He labeled each box U. S. which obviously  stood for United States, but some soldiers jokingly   said it stood for “Uncle Sam” and the name stuck and took on a life of its own to the image we have of you today.  You stood for patriotism, and the United States. At least you once stood for patriotism – do you still take that stand? All I know is all my life I called you Uncle Sam, and admired you and your colorful picture with your bony cheeks, stern eyes, and that unforgettably salient finger with the caption saying: “I want you”!

So I repeat: Are you still my uncle? I wonder; I also wonder if over the years you have mutated into someone else, someone I don’t know, someone I don’t even want to know!

Like everyone, you have made mistakes, horrific mistakes; such as slavery, the civil war, and to the disagreement of most of my fellow conservatives   and patriots, Hiroshima.  That is to mention only a few; you are not without error, but you have tried to correct your offenses and I admire you for that. Although you have been laced with wickedness through the venomous actions of wicked men, you have also had your share of righteousness. Your history is full of philanthropic and moral men of character who had a Godly patriotism. These dutiful individuals knew what it was like to fight for a country worth fighting for. There are currently men and women who are just as gallant and just as dutiful who are fighting and dying like those in the past. Thank God Almighty for our men and women who are serving today in the armed forces. It is NOT the solider I do not respect, “au contraire” -it’s their Commander-in-Chief!!

What set you apart years ago Uncle is that you knew your source of power was from God, and not just any god, but the God of the Bible, the Hebrew Bible and our New Testament. His name is not Gaia or Allah, but Yahweh!!!     

You had good strong roots and you knew where your roots came from, but it seems you have somehow grown new roots and your original roots have developed some kind of pernicious disease and that toxin is killing you!

I waited until after the election to write you, and although I had great fear, even to the point of a phobia, as to how the election would turn out, that fear was only dwarfed   by how I feel the election may have sealed our doom!  

Obama is still president and as of the past weeks I feel now he was God-ordained to be our “president”. He was not God-ordained to promote good will and a stronger and more decent America, but a tool ordained to inflict judgment directed by the hand of Almighty God! Just for the record for those who have called me prejudiced   because of my opinion of Barack Hussein Obama, let me remind you again I grew up in the 60’s and I very much supported the civil rights movement. I was almost hated by some of my white acquaintances       to the point of calling me “nigger lover” because of my stand.

The Democrats’ agenda is basically evil. I have come to the anguished conclusion that anyone who is a liberal Democrat is either incredibly evil or incredibly stupid. Here we have the obtuse and lewd liberal voting, and that is frightening!

Allow me to use an earthy and non-religious   analogy, which may offend some, most likely the religious crowd, but not the believing Christian.

Too many Americans are butt sniffers (“bs”-ers) - following and sniffing the butt of the one in front of them who is listening to liberal sound bites, sinful T.V. talk shows and following and sniffing the butt of the one in front of them. And that is in itself a bunch of B.S.  We are sniffing, and following the one in front of us all the way to hell.

I am disgusted with both parties, especially the Democrats. Do you remember, my dear Uncle on that night Bill Clinton spoke, before the official nomination of    Obama, do you remember what happened? The delegates and those on the floor booed God, because the motion was given to put Him back in the Democratic Platform. But they were not finished. They also booed Jerusalem because another motion was made to make it the capitol, of Israel. It was a voice vote and apparently it barely carried, but not without the protests and boos.  On that same night where they booed God and Jerusalem, they cheered Bill Clinton, and “President” Obama. In my opinion that was another dagger stuck into the heart of America. Perhaps that damnable outburst from the Democratic convention floor will hold momentous ramifications, more than we realize. It was one of the most chilling and evil nights of revelry that I have ever witnessed. Our torpor attitude toward God has put us in our terminal condition; while many hate God, most of us are just indifferent.   We have indeed crossed the Rubicon!  We are       like the rat caught in the trap, still nibbling at the cheese, already dead and don’t even know it!

Uncle,     we have entered into a New America. By the way, I think from now on I will just call you Sam; you are not the same anymore. America is no longer the same, and I can no longer call you my Uncle. This is the New America! The New America is really the old garden.  The Mayflower Compact is dusty and buried in the archives of history and is no more relevant than one pine needle in a middle of a giant pine forest. America’s scales have shifted evil, they have also shifted moronic, and a combination of a moronic evil country is something not to behold. Alas it is something to weep over!

How did it happen Sam? Let me be as candid as I can.  I believe the blame is inside the real foundation of America - her Churches.  It happened when the Church began   to relax. It happened when building funds were more important than building a holy life. It happened when repentance was replaced with riches, when holiness was replaced with humanism, and reverence with recreation.

The famous French writer, Alexis de Tocqueville, after visiting America in 1831, had this to say:

"I sought for the greatness of the United States in her commodious harbors, her ample rivers, her fertile fields, and boundless forests--and it was not there. I sought for it in her rich mines, her vast world commerce, her public school system, and in her institutions of higher learning--and it was not there. I looked for it in her democratic Congress and her matchless Constitution--and it was not there. Not until I went into the churches of America and heard her pulpits flame with righteousness did I understand the secret of her genius and power. America is great because America is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, America will cease to be great!"  

Over the past few years we have ordained homosexuals and we marry them – this is taking place in far too many churches. Years ago divorce was strongly preached against in our pulpits and now there is no difference in the divorce rate among churchgoers and non- churchgoers.  Sermons on repentance and holy living are in the archives of the church basement under the file “outdated sermons”

Over the past decade we have promoted false religions like Islam. The Christian is to open their arms in love to those deceived by Islam and other false religions. Islam is without doubt an evil and deadly religion, but that does not mean there are not good and decent Muslims. My cardiologist is a good and decent man and he is Muslim. Many Muslims are coming to Yeshua in several Muslim countries and in China scores are converting to Christianity. I am not worthy to breathe the same air as these people; they are my heroes!!

By the way the occult is still on the increase, but the Christian is to pray for those trapped in false religions for they are deceived. But they need to pray just as vigorously for those religious folks who are entrapped by religious dogma and have never experienced salvation. They will scream and cover their ears when they hear Yeshua say: I never knew you.

Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, did not we prophesy in Your name, and Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles? And I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.               Matthew 7:21-23

I seldom attend church anymore although I pastored one for close to three years. Since I don’t fit in Sam, I have decided to look the part. I really have. I am free from the chains of denominationalism,      free from the chains of tradition, and free from playing the role of “Churchman”.

To the ones reading my letter entitled “Dear Uncle Sam” please know I am thankful for Churches who still preach the uncompromising Word of God! I am thankful for believers who know what it is like to really believe! But far too many churchgoers have found ease in Zion!

The current administration’s polices have already invaded our country, and if it continues they will destroy what’s left of our once great nation. When we voted in the election we should have kept at least six things in mind, and we did not. Not adhering to the following list is a commentary on our society:

1.      Honoring and protecting the sanctity    of life.

2.      Honoring and protecting the traditional family.

3.      Investing in a strong and sound   military.

4.      An all out attempt to recover from our current economic disaster and promote a robust    economic recovery.  

5.      Standing staunchly by the nation of Israel.

6.       Electing men and women who have strong moral Christian/Judeo values.   

That’s only six; there are more.

Let me digress Sam. Remember the part in which I wrote that I don’t “fit in”. I am actually accepting that   meager position with an immense amount of gratitude. Do I at times feel like a   pariah? Yes I do!            You’re educated Sam, you know what a pariah is - it’s a social outcast. But when the testing really starts and the great tribulation begins, when more horrific and perilous events attempt to strangle us, I believe I will have more company. The real Christian, the real follower of Yeshua (Jesus) and believing patriots will indeed become pariahs

So Sam, I think I will start a new party; it will be called     “The Pariah Party”.

Pariah is the acronym for the following.

Protecting America’s Rights, Integrity, Altruism, and Heritage. 

Sam, I am gravely concerned about how the United States will treat Israel. Let me make this as clear and as candid as I can. If the United States ever turns against Israel then I will tearfully and in anguish denounce my citizenship. I love the United States and I respect its constitution, but when the United States is no longer the United States I am no longer its citizen.  I sometimes may waver on denouncing my citizenship but let me be unequivocally clear on the following: I will speak out, I will not keep silent, and I will fight with all the energy I have in the last days!

By the way I know God has ordained all of this. I know God is using Obama, and other wicked leaders to change America into the New America which as I said previously is really the old garden. God is in charge but we are still to be salt and light and we are not to go around with our head in a hole singing Kumbaya        and pretending all is well.

We are in apocalyptic times and devastating testing for the Christian will take place, and yes the Church will be here! The way to prepare is to repent now! Get real now! Stop sinning at will and live every second for the Lord!!! The Holy Spirit will direct you and impress upon you what to do but not unless you’re connected!

Well Sam, I will continue to pray for you, and there is still much in America that has not been putrefied, and destroyed.

I am thankful - so very thankful - that we still have churches that preach and teach the uncompromising Word of God. I am equally thankful that there are still Bible believing Christians who are living out their faith daily and they are committed even to the point of death to stand uncompromisingly for Yeshua (Jesus.) But these churches and these believers will be tested and that test may very well come to choosing death instead of life. They will find that some of their most ruthless enemies will be the religious crowd and members of their own household. 

Yes, Sam I will pray for you; I will also pray for many to come to the cross, and experience being washed in the blood of Yeshua. In addition, I will pray that men and women who claim to know the Lord will get on fire for Him, die to self, and begin to experience surrender, holiness, and obedience.
